Services to Education

Here is a small sample of services I can deliver to the Education Services !
Services to schools or colleges can be tailor made to suit the circumstances.
This may involve one element of the list below, or a combination of elements:

· Assessment of a child or several children
· Advice to staff about supporting the child/ren
· A detailed report for any children seen
· Children being seen in school for therapy in a 1:1 situation
· Children being seen in school as part of a therapy group
for speech sound work, language skills or social skills
· General training on communication for staff
· Training in specific approaches for staff
· General advice on communication friendly classrooms

The needs of schools and colleges vary. The experience of staff,
the current support staff have available and the nature of any difficulties
the children and young people have will all affect the nature of the package required.
